I’ve been lazy and haven’t updated in a while now, but here is finally a new version for Firefox 16.

Changes from previous version:

• Added support for Firefox 16
• Fixed incorrect disk size report
• Start up has been deferred one second to improve startup time and hopefully solve a startup issue that has been noticed from time to time

Known issues:

• Uptime is incorrect12, but this is a problem in the B3 firmware. Excito has been notified.

A new release of BubbaMon has been released.

Changes from previous version:

• Added support for Firefox 13
• Disk temperature showed wrong information when more than one disk was connected to bubba unit. This has been fixed.
• Fixed a B1 bug introduced in previous version

Changes from previous version:

• Added support for Firefox 12
• Added support for the new JSON-interface (B2 and B3). This should solve the authentication issue on older firmware.
• BubbaMon will now only report the size of the home partition, like it does in the web interface.

Known issues:

• You need Bubba firmware 2.5 for this version of BubbaMon. The 2.5 is at the time of this writing not available for B2 but should be soon. Wait until then if you own a B2.
• My B1 is no longer with me and I can therefor not test compatibility with B1.

I just realized I forgot to publish the version of BubbaMon for Firefox 10, sorry about that. This release support the new Firefox 11, where the only change is a bump in maxVersion.

Known issues:

• I’m still waiting for the new interface between BubbaMon and Bubba firmware. The current firmware on B2 and B3 doesn’t allow access to system information as a regular user, only to download information. A workaround is available here for older B2 and here for B3 and B2 using 2.4+

This is only a minor release, supporting the new Firefox 9. No new features have been added.

• Download list may be empty on startup even though there are ongoing downloads. I’ve found the cause but haven’t been able to reproduce the error. Maybe it disappeared with the new version of Firefox, it did after all appear after an upgrade so I guess the opposite might happen too. Let me now if you get this error, and I’m very interested in a way to reproduce the error.

There is a new version of BubbaMon available. Not much has changed, I’m just trying to keep up with this new rapid release cycle, they use for Firefox.

Changes from previous version:

• Updated links to homepage so they point at the new location
• Removed BubbaMon settings from Tools menu, in accordance with FF Add-On Guidelines. You can access the settings by right clicking the BubbaMon statusbar area, or from the Tools->Add-Ons page

Known issues:

• The firmware on B2 and B3 doesn’t allow access to system information as regular user, only download information. A workaround is available here for B2 and here for B3
• The ratio calculation may be wrong due to incorrect information from the server. Excito has been notified
